Cancellation Policy

Cancellations accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Within 24 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 30% of the scheduled cost.

Terms and Conditions

Welcome to I’RIE ESSENCE LLC. By booking an appointment, purchasing products, or using any of our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions, which are designed to ensure a professional, safe, and enjoyable experience for both our clients and staff.

General Terms:

  • All clients must arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. Late arrivals (over 15 minutes) may result in service adjustments, rescheduling, or cancellation with a forfeited deposit.
  • Children are not permitted in the salon unless they are receiving services. This is to maintain a calm and safe environment for all clients.
  • Pets are not allowed in the salon unless they are certified service animals.

Booking & Payments:

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. The deposit is applied to your service total.
  • Final payment for services and products is due immediately after services are rendered.
  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved electronic payment methods (CashApp, Apple Pay, etc.).
  • Gratuities are accepted in cash or electronically but are not required.

Service Expectations:

  • We strive for client satisfaction and will provide adjustments within the 7-day correction period for eligible services (see Return Policy).
  • We do not guarantee services if aftercare instructions are not followed or if unauthorized products are used at home.

Health & Safety:

  • Clients with contagious conditions (including lice, scalp infections, or open wounds) may be refused service for health and sanitation reasons.
  • For the safety of all clients, COVID-19 or other health precautions may be enforced as required by New Jersey state guidelines.

Privacy Policy:

  • Client information (name, contact details, payment info) is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.
  • Photos or videos may be taken for promotional purposes with your consent and may be used on our website or social media platforms.

Liability Disclaimer:

  • I’RIE ESSENCE LLC is not responsible for any allergic reactions, skin/scalp sensitivities, or adverse reactions from services or products if you fail to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to your appointment.
  • By receiving services, you acknowledge that you understand and accept these risks.

  • Terms & Conditions are subject to change without notice. Updated policies will always be available on our website and at the salon front desk.

Return and Refund Policy

At I’RIE ESSENCE LLC, we strive to provide exceptional service and premium-quality products. To ensure fairness and clarity for both our clients and our business, we have outlined the following Return & Refund Policy in accordance with New Jersey consumer rights regulations.

SERVICE POLICY:

  • Due to the nature of salon services, all service sales are final and non-refundable.
  • If you are unsatisfied with your service, you must notify us within 48 hours of your appointment. We offer complimentary adjustments or corrections within 7 calendar days of your original service date. This courtesy is extended to correct any technical errors made during the service, not to change the style or service initially requested.
  • Adjustments must be scheduled with the same stylist who performed the original service, unless otherwise approved by management.
  • No refunds or redo services will be provided for services not properly maintained by the client or for changes in personal preference.

APPOINTMENT & DEPOSIT POLICY:

  • All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied to your final service balance.
  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance to transfer the deposit to a future appointment. Deposits will be forfeited for late cancellations or no-shows.
  • No refunds will be issued for missed appointments or late arrivals. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule and forfeit their deposit.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE:

I’RIE ESSENCE LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any client who displays disrespectful behavior, violates salon policies, or poses a health risk.
